One window lock came from the manufacturer upside down (not Acri Windows fault), I informed the company and they sent Tom to fix the work. Tom is amazing and completed the job in a timely manner, he has great communication skills, knowledgeable, and relatable!

Choosing Acri Windows was definitely the right decision. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the service was from start to finish. Acri came highly recommended by my older brother, who had an amazing experience with them. Our parents also went with Acri and are happy with their windows, so the decision was easy for me. Just to be thorough, I got a few other estimates, but Acri Windows stood out as the best and most affordable option.When Tony, the owner, personally came to our house to discuss their options and provide a detailed estimate, his expertise and the quality of Acri Windows was obvious. I should also highlight the Acri installation team. Joe, Tom, and the rest were not only very pleasant but also displayed a genuine pride in their work. They took the time to walk us through each step, patiently explaining what they were doing and why.Our experience with Acri Windows from start to finish was exceptional. It's been a few months since the installation, but as the summer heat intensifies I'm pretty happy that I decided to get new windows and thankful I went with Acri.

The windows function as explained and then some. Not only do they keep the heat out but they also kept out the cold in February 2021. The windows were installed around 10 years ago and they look brand new. But more important is our energy bills have been cut in half from what they used to be. The result is the windows have paid for themselves and then some. ACRI windows is an excellent choice and we have referred many friends and neighbors to get ACRI windows and they are happy they did too.

Fantastic windows! My brother in law referred us to Acri windows. He was extremely happy with his service and windows. We chose to give them a try and get an estimate. The owner, Tony, came out and gave us a demonstration and an estimate. We had two prior estimates and Acri Windows was by far the most affordable.State wide windows were $20,000 higher!We were extremely happy with the windows. Charlie, the marketing specialist, was fun, friendly and a great coordinator. He ensured all the details were met. He assisted the installers Tom and Antonio. Together, they did a fantastic job installing the windows. Their craftsmanship was very evident and obvious. What a stellar job! I am amazed at how good the windows look! Very happy with the overall look of the windows and the functionality. This team at Acri windows is not only affordable but well worth every penny! I highly recommend them!

Installation happened March 2019. The price was very competitive, the installation team showed up when promised. Installation was done meticulously by experienced installers. They carefully protected the inside from dust and dirt and cleaned up afterwards. The team was friendly and very comfortable to have around.
